Love, For All The Right Reasons
Sitting beneath the stars,
Watching the sky darken,
The city lights fade into the black sky.
Overwhelming silence,
Broken by our Synchronized breaths.
Our heart beats as one.
Intwined in linens of cotton.
Two souls, Two bodies, Two lifes,
Become as one.
A love,
Built from friendship,
Strengthened by shared thoughts,
Shared dreams of the future.
Four eyes lock together,
Mouths as silent as the night that engulfs them.
No noise was made,
Yet,
So much was said.
This is what love is,
Love that doesnt need three words to be said,
For the feeling to get across.
Seconds turn to minutes,
Minutes manifest into hours.
For us,
Time stands still.
Friendship, Hopes, Dreams,
Strength, and trust,
This is love,s
For all the right reasons
