Bleeding In Your Name Forever

Contributed by A_Beautiful_Mistake on Saturday, 24th April 2004 @ 02:58:26 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

I'll always remember the sound of the sterio
as I drifted off beside you, the darkness
of the room the, windows covered with
towels. The sun light shown through the
window and we realized what time it was, 6am
we satyed up all night holding each other,
singing to each other. With no fears, your
skin so soft and warm against mine. Eating
reeses peices and tootsie rolles it was the
best night ever. We took the bus to your
house, to tired to walk, sick with love we
slept till noon hoping the day would never
end, but then I woke up to that day, the day
you went away. But I memorized the exact
color of your eyes and the way they'd fall
into mine, like sinking sand they'd pull me
in, I had no choice,no fears your hair so
soft against my cheek as we layed in the
grass, shooting stars and foolish wishes it
was the best night ever I'll always
remember you cause I'll always be loving
you. This broken heart won't heal in will
be bleeding in you name forever....

theres a lot of good imagery here, but you might want to htink about putting into stanzas to make it easier to read. other than that though i thought it was awesome.

I think this poem is really well written... with your own style... but all the same... I would recommend tryign stanza form, it is easier on the eyes and mind. But great write nonetheless.
