I ve been waiting all my life
for someone to love me
and one day make me their wife.
I ve had puppy love for two guys
but it ended in heartbreak,
because I found out their sweetness was just a diguise.
I ve dated many trying to find my love
so one day I can wear a dress
the color of a dove.
But so far I ve had no luck
in finding the perfect guy.
Although I know there is someone out there
who is much worth the wait.
So I will continue to be patient
so I can finally have my wedding date.
