A kiss blows gently on the breeze,
love fulfilled within old oak trees.
Protection within even a sunset;
holding hands we accept fate.
Under the moonlit perfect sky
the earth holds us with a sigh.
Mind and spirit soaring high,
on angels' wings I will fly.
Her eyes can enchant the stars,
it's no surprise my heart she holds.
A beat resonates from her love;
gentle and soft it's like heaven above.
You sing sweetly in my ears
it pacifies all of my fears.
For all of the shed tears
without you over the years.
Please stay by my side
I swear I'll never hide.
I'll throw out every mask,
and give you all you ask.

i liked the concept and the feelings it conveyed...i prefer rhyming to be consistant but that is my personal opinion...I enjoyed your work
