Is it really my fault,
If I see beauty,
Beauty in the macabre?
Am I really so strange,
If I see beauty,
Beauty in the scars,
Scars that envelop my body?
Beauty in the blood,
The blood that swells up,
From my open wounds?
Beauty in the stigmatic process,
Of crying tears of blood?
Am I really so crazy,
If I see beauty,
In the shedding of tears?
Am I really so bizarre,
If I think you are beautiful when you cry?
Do you want nothing,
Nothing more to do with me,
Now that you know the truth?
I think it beautiful,
Beautiful when I bleed.
Am I really so peculiar?
Can you no longer stand,
To be in my presence,
Now that you know,
How I really feel?
Now that you know,
What I think is beauty?
Do you think me psychotic?
Do you think I am preposterous?
Or do you think that I am beautiful?

Re the previous comment.. i have to say.. no way! this poem is incredible.. when beauty surrounds you and inspires you you can't help but try and tell the world in a way such as this.. and what a beautiful way you have portrayed it.. oh and if you're strange, so am i lol. ok, enough rambling lol.
