The pain it overflows inside my heart
The achy feeling just often starts
The thoughts of all the days that passed
Make me think of how long I’ve last
With all that betrayal smothered deep inside
And all those thoughts buried in my mind
And then he comes along and say’s “I didn’t mean it anyway�
Can’t you take the words “I’m sorry�
How is it that words can be said
But when I screamed and hollered you didn’t turn your head
The words that you say will mean nothing to me
In my heart I wish to forgive
But forgiving doesn’t erase the sins that you commit
Forgetting is something I will never do
But my life has started.... my life without you.
