Whatever killed him;
Sure wasn't old age.
Found dead in his underwear
by his side - a notepad,
and some BBQ chicken wings.
Last words of wisdom were;
get toilet paper, toothpaste, beer - 1 six-pack.
Maybe it surprised him, in the dead of night,
to the dim light of scrambled nudity
and a murdered potato-chip bag.
Assumptions were made,
and conclusions were drawn...
But in the end, he was little more
than a John Doe
Dead in his drawes.
