Where'd I go wrong?
What did I do?
I have to get her back,
before the summer's through.

I can't live without her,
she is my red-headed dream.
Not being with her,
makes me want to scream.

Why do I suffer?
Why can't she be mine?
I'll do anything,
she looks so fine.

She's my red-headed dream.
She's everything I need.
She's my red-headed dream.

I remember my best night,
the best night of my life.
It was absolutely perfect,
then she put me through this strife.

Then the worst day of my life,
everything was going bad.
I knew before it even happened,
lost everything I had.

No life without you,
no strength when you're not near.
I'm afraid to life,
and I can't live with fear.

You're my red-headed dream.
You're everything I need.
You're my red-headed dream.
