The tub

She lays in an old clawfoot tub.
Legs immodestly hung over the sides.
Head back, eyes closed, relaxed.
The smells of the scented water
and the smells of the hot wax
from the candles fills the room.
The soapie bubbles hide her body
and the sensuality that lies within
As her tensions fade in the warm water.
You have to wonder what goes on
In the complex and mysterious mind
Of this magnificent female.
Do you think she actually thinks
of the men who admire her?
One, or two, or more?
Or does she think of herself?
What can we do for her?
What can she get?
But, as surely as the water will cool,
So will her ardor
and life goes on.
