Truth Comes In Many Forms

Truth comes in many forms:
It can be hidden,
Or twisted,
Or just plain obscured.
But truth is the water of the intangiable world;
It can be absorbed into the air until it is no longer visable,
But still hangs a thundercloud above your head
That can burst at any moment
And you will be soaked in your own reality.
Truth comes in many forms:
But it is always there.
It follows you
Like a shadow,
Mimicking your actions,
But hidden when the sun's crystal clarity fades
And throws your mind into the darkness of misconception.
Your shadow does not cease to exist in the darkness;
It is still there, only you are blind.
Truth comes in many forms:
But its presence cannot be denied,
Not forever.
Under the brazen sun of pure insight
Truth makes its presence known.
It burns and stings, but it keeps the world turning.
We feed on it unknowingly
In the emptiness of a lonely soul
Something to hold onto.
