Is life destined to fate?
Am I damned to hate?
I need to figure it out.
Is He up in that cloud?
All these emotions on my plate.

Are we taken higher?
Or led to eternal fire?
I need to find out how,
to make my choices now.
Am I on my funeral pyre?

Do we get choices?
Or is everything planned?
I hear the voices.
Is my life damned?

Do we ever get enough?
Do we really feel love?
Show peace with a dove?

Do we stay locked in night?
Or do we know eternal light?
My soul is in a fight.

Do we get choices?
Or is everything planned?
I hear the voices.
Is my life damned?
