Wondering Lies

Wondering Lies

I've wondered everything
I've sought it all
But, I've found nothing
I took everything for a fall

I can't change my life
A life made from mistakes
With every new moment
I get a new chance
And I waste it away
My life is ending this way

I've wondered everything
I've seen the world
Yet, it's for nothing
I'm sick of the lies
That cover my eyes
They shield the truth
From my mind
I've seen everything
Through tinted lies
I've been everything
But myself
Pretending among the world
And it has led me to this end
The beginning ends
And I'm left again

Just another person
Trying to make everything
From something from nothing
But none will succeed
Everyone fails one time
And are left to die
They are forgotten quickly
And time moves on
To fail another one
To get another score
Time beats us out a million to one

This one has alot more depth then so much crap here..But then again we are talking of you..And there is more depth to you then the grandest of most published poets..With words I say you and I could be a dangerous duo.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
