Although a thousand miles apart,
Im still in touch with the beat of your heart,
the breeze that ruffles both my hair and the sand,
I often mistake for the touch of your hand,
in quieter moments I sit and reflect,
Im sure in whispered voices it"s yours I detect,
your softness,your beauty,your elegant charm,
more beautifull than a rolex upon my arm,
born with an abundance of style and grace,
I long to see the smile upon your face,
as the moon rises high and the stars shine bright,
whilst drifting to sleep I dream of holding you tight,
and as long as the fish still swim in the sea,
you"ll always be the only girl for me.
