An Invisible Man with his Invisible Mask

The ghost sitting in the chair next to me is whispering sweet nothings in my ear.
His lips are warm on my ears, but cold on my lips.
Strange that such words could sound so beautiful and rich, yet taste as lacking as the air.
His mind is transparent as glass, yet I cannot read it, though it may seem easy to read a ghost's mind.
But it is hidden by my own stupidity.
He rises to leave, but stumbles on my heart guarding the door.
I do not know the end to this story, for he is still standing there, holding my love, not sure what his next move will be.
