If I could change your mind I would,
But I can't see what you are thinking,
If I could walk a mile to reach you I would,
But you have changed,
And if I chose to be by myself,
Would you cry for me,
And if I woke up and left from here,
Would you be sad,
Would you come see me even if we were only friends,
And if I chose to not look at you,
Would you get mad,
If I settled down and moved on without you,
Could you not look so down,
But if I could take you with me,
Don't you know I would,
I don't know where you may go,
But still I have to move on,
During this journey I have to travel,
Without you here with me,
I have to see now that this was all a fantasy,
I knew it would never be you and me,
That's why I stop loving you,
Boy if I had to pick between you and my goal,
I would pick my goals,
Cause you ain't worth my time,
Or my space,
Like I said I would take you with me,
But I could never do that,
Cause when I started this journey,
It was only me and it will stay like that,
I'm not going back to depression no more,
If I could go back in time,
I would make sure we never met,
And if I could go back,
Things would be better for me,
All this hurt kills me to the soul,
And it hurts me more to know,
You never cared,
I would change everything,
Only if I could
