If my walls could speak
What would they say?
That a broke boy
Turned into a broken man?
Or an aching heart
That cried and bled
Was sown up
And torn open again?
Would they ask me or
Would they ask you?
Who was this boy talking to?
When no one was around
Would they cry with me?
Would they laugh at me?
Would they run from me?
Would they die for me?
Can the walls feel
The feelings I have?
Can they see through
The person I am?
I think about the walls I have
All the times they've seen
The good and the bad
At time the only friends I have
One day I'll leave these walls
A new boy will take my place
I hope these walls
Will be kind to him
And put a smile on his face

Very good work.
Think we all wonder this from time to time but
my walls speak to me as I grew up in this house so they echo quiet often.
luv, huggs, talking walls,
