I sit down on my chair, because I begin to feel sick
Things start to get hazy, the fog is moving in quick
The red and the darkness will be arriving soon
This is affected by the phase of the moon
I lose control, as my blood begins to boil
Just like a snake, ready to strike in it's coil
As I walk, through the forest at night
I begin to think of my inner strife
Not realizing the damages toll
Realizing that I no longer have control
Anger and pain are the only thing I consider
My thoughts are clouded, and ultimately bitter
After it's over, so sorry am I
The pleasant memories I once had, begin to die
There's nothing I can do, I feel there's something I had missed
This is how it is, with the red and the darkness.

Love the last stanza! The second to last line reminds me of Linkin Park's My December. Love the moon line too... and the title... red is my favourite colour. lol. Anyways, great write!
