As usual I have been too rash, too ill advised.
Yet too late have I realized
May be we were never suppose to go that far.
Leaving our friendship ajar.
We said we never would.
Whilst it lasted it was good.
You feel down.
I feel like a letdown.
You told one of our friends.
I hope he helps amends.
Is it too late I have realized?
It could come as some surprise.
That in those three minutes I was happy.
You may not like this and think me clingy.
After all we are only distant mates
Till then I will await,
Our fate.
