Fat

Topic: Lifepoems

It happens every single day
she just can't seem to get away
they open their mouth and comment rude
on the quantity of her comsumption of food
she's fat, she's fat she hears them say
but she dosen't cry and run away
she turns around and smiles real big
At least I don't look like a pig
of better yet, answer me that
what exactly is wrong with being fat?

Great job of expressing yourself. Don't ever let anyone pick on you. Those that do are much lower than you!!! Anyone that can write like that has a beautiful soul. In the scheme of things that is all that really matters. After all, beauty really is only skin deep!!!

Whether skinny or fat people can be ugly. To me real ugliness comes from the inside. The outside is just a package for the treasure within. When I was younger I felt like a stork with knobby knees and elbows. Although I wasn't fat I felt hideous. The people who call you names don't deserve to be your friends. A real person will take the time to get to know you and they'll see you for the jewel you are.

Don't let anyone get you down. Keep writing. Enjoyed this one..

Kie

YOU GO ON WIT YOUR BAD SELF! =)

=)

=)

This made me smile, and I'll tell you why--- "she doesn't cry and run away, she...smiles real big"
Such an amazing thought, to turn the other cheek and instead question THEM, "what exactly is wrong with being fat?"

Excellently done.

God bless,
Ellen

Absolutley nothing
This is well written, and emotional
I agree completely, it should be about what a person is inside.
Excellent poem, well done

Love Dawny
