It hurts my soul,
I don't want to see you cry anymore,
I hurt as your tears form a puddle at my feet,
inside I silently scream,
as I watch you slowly crumble to dust...
i'm feeling for you,
with every beat of my heart,
what did we do to deserve this?
why do our souls hurt?
It hurts my soul,
why do I keep losing control?
letting these stone walls close in on me,
while I sit here and cry ice tears,
which rapidly turn to dust...
...just like you.
losing my mind,
the clouds above my head turning dark,
my eyes..crumbling fragments,
sting my face,
as I slowly disappear,
losing myself in the wind...
I am free.....
