Fifth virus?
I have never heard of it before,
my little boy has this.
It upsets me
to see him so sick,
he has a rash
on his cute little face,
a fever,
and an upset stomach.
I don't know what
I'm supposed to do,
he's been like this since yesterday,
he's been awake since
4 o'clock this morning.
My heart and soul
feel for him,
I sit here and watch
his every little move.
I thank God
this virus isn't bringing him down,
I just hope
it doesn't stay around
for too long,
it breaks my heart
to see him so sick.

I am so sorry to hear your child is sick. I pray he gets to feeling better very soon. I have never heard of the "fifth virus" but it sounds terrible. I have heard of "Fifth's disease" which is horrible.
I will keep you two in my thoughts, hang in there okay? Let us know what's happening please.

i have always joked in the past that it's great when the kids are ill because it's the only time they're quiet. But when they do get sick like you i find it heartbreaking you just want to be able to take away their suffering, here's hoping for a speedy recovery for your little man.
