sitting on the porch,,
cup of coffee by your hand,,
pen and paper next to you,,
the words come so soon,,
writting the words you so long to say,,
to someone you love,,
or friends so faraway,,
50 words or less is what you have,,
2 pages more the next day,,
shortening the pages,,
to make it simple,,
come to the point,,
not to conclusions,,
say whats on your mind,,
befor its to late,,
2 pages more than it was today,,
nightime falls,you go to bed,,
leaving what you wrote,,
on the front porch swing,,
fogoten words on a 2page note,,
misty morning dew blankets,
the words of yesterday,,
sitting on th porch swing,,
pen and paper at hand,,
tryin to remember what it said,,
words come by so soon,,
you will write them down,,
not what you had,,
not what it said,
50 words or less,,
is what you have,,
tell them in person,,
it's better than what you had,,
put away the pen and paper,,
for there words of yesterday,,,
