Why do I always think of you,
why do I even care?
I feel weird when I think of you,
I miss you so much,
but I don't know why.
You're not really special,
but you've just caught my eye.
It's not really a bad thing,
just a minor irritation.
Thoughts of others in the past,
have made me weep and cry.
But thinking of you always brightens my day.
You make me happy,
you make me smile,
so I guess these thoughts aren't bad.
All I want is to see you again,
to talk and see you smile.
I don't know why I always think of you,
and I don't really know why I care.
But I feel so good when I think of you,
so I guess it's not all bad.

Well written, we all have those feelings sometimes.

While every care is taken to ensure the general sites content is family safe, our moderators cannot be in all places; all the time. Please report poetry and or comments that are in breach of our site rules HERE (Please include poem title or url). Parents also please ensure that you supervise your children well when they are on the internet; regardless of what a site says about being, or being considered, child-safe.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
