A beauty in the distance
Has yet to look my way
She's yet to crack a smile
But I love her anyway

Does she know how beautiful she is?
Does she know I look forward to seeing her again?
Is anyone thinking the same way I do?
Could anyone
Match the love
That I have for you?

If I could only be next to you
You wouldn't have to say a word
You wouldn't have to look at me
I have already understood
That your are too good for me
That may not be
Just what you think
But it's a fact to me

I may not try
To persue this love
But I hope you always know
That this boy
Will always love you
Although his love he may not show
