Trapped Inside A Little Boys Body
---------------------------------------------
I see a tear in your eyes
When you look out the window
At the bigger boys playing
Riding bikes, skateboarding, and climbing trees
All things your little heart desires to do.
If only your little body could catch up with your mind
Oh how you long to be come bigger
More independent, stronger and taller
More like the boys you see outside your window
How you wish for the liberties
That only age can bring
The freedom of a grown-up boy
But for now dear son
You’re a little man
Trapped inside the body of a little boy
