i'm sorry for the times life has felt hate
i'm sorry for the times earth has tempted fate
thoughts within my mind are no longer sane
emotions within her eyes are pouring like rain
everytime a way of normalcy is lost
everytime your way of breathing has its cost
the winged laugh and the angels will cry
for them "the perfect" will never die
i'd much rather not stay here by myself
i'd be a fool to put my life on a shelf
the evil cats eyes gimmers with hope
far away the poet looks through his paper scope

| all of your poems are very good and i read them over trying to understand what you are feeling when you write but that is what makes them great when you have to really think about it and there is more emotion in it. But out of all your poems i think this one is my favorite, it is soo sweet! |
