Heal this soul of mine,
Calm all the fears inside,
And as things slip away,
Let me sleep the night away,
The shadows on the wall,
The endless call,
Of someone who won't leave me,
Alone in happiness and peace,
Trapped inside,
Where there's no where to hide,
The rays of the beaming sun,
Shine down and turn into one,
And the freezing cold,
Won't help me unfold,
My heart back into place,
Will never erase,
The doubts and fears,
The many tears,
I need to be so free,
So I'll sail the seas,
I'll leave this life behind,
And take my time,
To find myself a better way,
Instead of trying to run away,
From things I don't wan't to hear,
Maybe it's still fear,
Which lives inside of me,
Or something that won't let me breathe,
The doubts and fears,
The many tears,
I need to be so free,
So I'll sail the seas

Pam... another great write. I love your style. I like how it's more like a conversation filled with thoughts then like a structured poem. And it like how it rhymes, even though it's messy. Thats awesome
