The Minds Mess

Contributed by Chade on Wednesday, 14th April 2004 @ 08:50:10 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

What is love?
What is hate?
If they are not one of the same, revolving again and agian.
All the strands of life all intertwined into one, big, mess, left to be untangled by those who are possessed.

Possessed by greed, knowledge or just the will to understand.
Whoever tries to unravel this mess will fail again and again,
For it is the individuals mess.
To unravel, to understand and then to remake again.

For this is the way the world develops, this is the way loves defined.
For those who choose to read this mess,
Even though in your minds you have to do the rest.

Follow your heart,
Follow your love,
Follow that which you feel from above.
And if you fall, do not fail to rise up and walk again.
For a child of two who learns to walk, this is an everyday occurrence of talk.
And for a girl who looks around and sees her Barbie’s head upon the ground,
Life seems to stop still.... and then start again.

As what happens one day doe not affect the next
And at the same time the mess grows small in the mind of a child
As it continues to grow and develop wild.

So to unravel the world you must look from within.
Find your heart,
Find your sole
And find the music that revolves.
Follow these, follow life.
Follow the world but not its strife.

Follow your heart.

Good advice in this poem. Let us hope that many more people may untangle the mess that they are in.
