Just A Reject

selfstruggles
|
The cracks in the wall start to cry,
crying red blood that will not dry,
the wall is my soul,
a soul that can't heal,
my heart has been broken,
you broke the seal,
I build up my barriers to keep you out,
a reject of society without a doubt,
now just a face in the crowd, without a name,
I hide in away in fear, and full of shame,
pushed out of the picture, and trampled to the ground,
the happiness of love is never to be found.

i would suggest some closure, you can't exactly pin rejection on one person... sounds like you're doing that, though i might be wrong... nice poetic writing! ;0)

I think the poem explores the idea of rejection pretty well, true feelings in a poem! |
