I know you know I know,
Where you go when you go;
What you do and who you see,
After you have gone from me;
But I try not to let it show.
I know you know I know,
As you get out of bed to go;
The look you hope I do not see;
The one that says you don’t love me;
The one you try hard not to show.
I know you know I know,
How you just can’t wait to go;
To be somewhere else to see,
The one you want much more than me,
Where you can let your feelings show.
I know you know I know,
I cannot let you go;
That I will just wait and see,
If you will ever come back to me,
So I can let my love show.
