She wrings out the imaginary wash with her elephant-skin-hands.
The once flowing flower sundress, is taught around her.
The bulging daisies:
the distorted symmetry in the fabric that once created hiding places for her children between her feet.
Her children who now fake smiles through agonizing sips.
Because she has forgotten the sugar again...
