The Home Down The Road

Grief

There's a home down the road that's broken
in two.
A home filled with love; a tribute to you.
Silence echoes through rooms where you
used to be; but sweet memories linger;
they're so precious to me.
Our hearts, brimming with sorrow, will miss
you, my friend.
You fought so courageously right to the end.
She was loved by so many; each one of us
here,
she loved you all, too, our Sharon so dear.
