Crestfallen

Topic: SadPoetry

Cracked life,
it's hard to hide
And it's also hard to show
There's no one I want to know
About all my strife
And my cracked life

Everyday,
I wonder if I'll see your face
And if we will come around
'Cause it feels like we're falling down
And the pain of this collision,
is offspring of my indecision

Cracked life,
it's hard not to lie
And say it's all okay
Hoping for it to go away
It's not alright,
my cracked life

Crestfallen,
and lately I've been clawin'
Searching for a state of mind,
that can make me feel alright in time
And the pain of our collision,
is offspring of my indecision

Cracked life,
it's hard not to cry
Happiness is only fantasy,
it's only make believe
I try to stay alive,
with my cracked life

And it's my indecision,
that made this great collision...
My indecision, my indecision

For someone trying to crawl back out from Writers Block this is fantastic. I have to say that I loved it!

"And it's my indecision,
that made this great collision..." I love how the whole poem is worded but those lines stuck with me

Great Work

There are many people who have had cracked childhoods and cracked lives. It takes a strong inner person to show it in an honest light and not hide behind a wall of illusion.

We all have cracks inside us, in our lives the key is to keep trudging onward. Never give up.

I wish you great happiness.

Kie
