You bring to me such a state of confusion
Make it so easy to feed my illusion
Tell me just the way it would be
If instead of a friend I was your Lady

Would you still tell me your hopes and your dreams
Would you still tell me your half baked schemes
Would you still tell me your ups and your downs
Would you still want to share your smiles and frowns
Would you still tell me your thoughts and fears
Would you still share your laughter and tears
Would you still share memories from your childhood
Some of the bad, and some of the good
Would you still tell me about your day
and share anything interesting someone might say
Would you have told me that endearing wish
Involving your first born and a japanese fish
If something good happened to you
Would you still wish I had been there too?
Would you still share your feelings about your mother
and tell me when you were upset with your brother

Tell me just the way it would be
If instead of a friend I was your Lady

Would you still want to hear about my hopes and my dreams
Would you still want to hear about my half baked schemes
Would you still want to hear about my ups and my downs
Would you still want to share my smiles and frowns
Would you still want to hear about my thoughts and fears
Would you still share my laughter and tears
Would you still listen to memories of my childhood
Some of the bad, some of the good
Would you still want to hear about my day
and laugh at the funny things my children might say
Would you still listen to me when I cry or complain
and than do your best to help ease any pain
When I act silly, just cause I sometimes do
Would that still make you laugh too
Would you still want to hear about my family
Would you still enjoy me being me

Tell me just the way it would be
If instead of your friend I was your lady

Would you still look at me the way you do
and kiss me and hug me that way too
Would you still make love to me deep in the night
Than hold me close untill it was light

You bring me to such a state of confusion
Make it so easy to feed my illusion

This poem is very good, you clearly showed your confusion through your words, well done.
Bravo..
