Have your seen the battle field
Where brave men fight and will not yield
The desolate land stained red
Littered with the tortured dead
It seemed to happen off far
Like the twinkle of a shooting star
Until they throw you a gun and say
You may not live to see another day
Best friends that where by your side
Said they’d see you again but they lied
You hear them scream and see them fall
The once proud men brave and tall
Your remember when others do not
These troubled times they have forgot
But you remember that damned field
Where so many died and would yield
