bury me in emotion

Contributed by fallensilence on Tuesday, 6th April 2004 @ 05:23:45 PM in AEST
Topic: MiscPoems

bury me endlessly in a sea of your hate
let the indicted prevail- no murder
injustice for me- let the freedom you state
be the love of the life- i can't stand to live
drain the emotion free- gouge my eyes
and wring the blood from my heart with your hands
i'd like to say i wont be here much longer but the insanity i feel with you tends to linger
longer than a day filled with death
i ask that you
hate the very thought of me
as long as i know you're still thinking of me
the days are shorter than i'd like
but they are and and whats mine is mine
whats yours could be mine too
if you'd let the pain shoot right through
pierce the heart with the dullest of blades
in the deck of cards find the king of spades
kill the fire in your ever blazing eyes with the romance of murder
dance the dance that killed the very soul of a newborn child
he was mine and i was him

I found this very complex and after reading it two times I'm not sure I totally understood it but I am in awe of the way you write.... Kie

I agree with all the other comments, this is definitely a deep and expressive write, and I loved the metaphors in there. Great write.
