I gave you my trust
My heart and my soul
Though now these things
No longer seem whole
So how does it feel
To be on the top
Feeling me up
As I’m telling you “stop!”
I hope that you know
I wanted to cry
Not because of the act
But the reasons behind why
You tell me you love me
And I pray this is true
Because I honestly believe
I am nothing without you

Those last two lines are amazing. A great couple of lines--- they tell all in the relationship.
I like the title of this one particularly. I think it fits well with the picture you paint. bittersweet.
