I TRY"

I try to forget, but those memories are locked within.

I try to not cry, but I fail everytime.

I try to move on, but I am being held back

I try to be strong, but my confidence lacks

He was the one that captured my heart...so many years ago.

And yet I still find myself holding onto something that won't be so.

I have tried to forget, but my mind still keeps him there.

I have tried not to cry, but the tears are still here.

I have tried to move on, but my legs won't carry me on.

I have tried to be strong, but my sadness is to strong.

He was the one that broke my heart...so many years ago

And yet I keep on wishing that this dream could be so.
