In a shut-down toystore,
On a dusty shelf,
There sits teddy bear,
On the top by itself.
The lights are all off,
No shoppers come there,
And none knows about,
The lonely teddy bear.
Still no one comes,
Over the years,
And the lil teddy bear,
Sheads its tears.
Its cold and alone,
Feeling angry and sad,
As its heart twists,
Its mind growing mad.
Youd better watch out,
And take care to beware,
For the deserted store,
And twisted teddy bear.

I think I'm in love with your poem, lol. It was very cleverly written. (I think that's a word... *shrugs*) I really like the metphor. It flowed very well. Great job! |
