A blank theory in your mind
of a revolutionary time
Where the steel wasn't so cold
It didn't fit the mold
And neither did you
A growth in thinking
still we're dreaming
Where the bed became rain
It didn't melt the pain
And neither did you
A weekend lecture
on a boneless bone fracture
At the tip of your head
A point of lead that never loved me
And neither did you
The timing's off
what a tragic loss
A concept of a possibility
that holds no reality
And neither do you

This captures that weird confusion perfectly.
Really gets the idea said in a confusing way, which gets me confused, and then you feel the cofusion, and.....
hmmm..... I should take a minute to collect my thoughts after that =)
At any rate this is a great write. I really enjoyed it.
Well done =)
God bless,
Ellen |
