My willingness to feel vulnerable is what scares me.
Thats a trait I dont' like others to see.
My own weaknesses has been my downfall in romance.
But with you I forgot and just took a chance.
You were the only time I didn't feel used.
WIth others I was always the one to lose.
I may not tell you all that I feel.
Just know every word I do say is truly real.
You have helped make me feel whole once again.
Through your words, your love, just being a friend.
I truly can' t explain all that you have done.
My battle feels so close to being won.
So one last night I will give to you.
Then I must leave and do what I must do.
Say goodbye to those I still think about.
And say goodbye to any feelings of doubt.
For I have promised my love to another.
And I can not let him down.
Please move on from me adn try not to frown.
For I will disappear from you without making a sound.
