Living A Lie

Contributed by srugglingyoungster on Thursday, 1st April 2004 @ 11:37:21 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Shall i give into
the beckoning call?
Shall i give up,
and let myself fall?

The sadness within,
it deepens itself.
The anger let out,
feels like fire to my throat.

Strangle me to death,
i dont care!
I'd love to let myself
go in someone else's hands!

In the dead of the night,
i dont want to cry,
becuase underneath it all,
im living a lie.

Dear Brittany.
It's known as hopelessness.........but don't you dare give in to it. For tomorrow is another day! A day filled with hope and nice things to come your way!
We live lies, Brittany.......whether we tell them or speak them.....we all tell lies and live them. How hard it is now days to otherwise.....so head hold your head high......knowing that your hope will be fulfilled by and by
Like this poem very much.........you have a way with words.....and your emotions open up wide.......I enjoyed it
Do it again
Lovingcrtters
