When the last tear falls,
When the last dance is done,
Until the sun burns out,
I'll be looking for the one.
How long will I be waiting?
When will it be my turn?
Dreams are all I have of him.
When will I ever learn?
At the end of the day,
Before I go to bed,
I'll keep praying that he'll come,
But I'll get solitude, instead.
How long will I be waiting?
When will it be my turn?
Dreams are all I have of him.
When will I ever learn?
When I least expect it.
"You'll just KNOW," they say.
I'm much too young to find him now?
There must be another way!
How long will I be waiting?
When will it be my turn?
Dreams are all I have of him.
When will I ever learn?
