In My Vision

By Dove

As I kneel gently to pray
A peace of divine love overflows me
Where my heart feels love
And angels are within me

My Father speaks back to me
In the softest shades of light
Letting me know he loves me as he does every soul on earth

Dreams take me away in prayer
To the colors of the heavenly rest of gardens
Beautiful colors of his creation sing his glory
As new flowers emerge

There is a brook that meets healing light within the colors
And a beautiful gazebo for prayers
As I find truest peace
Connecting to his words and light

My Father I turn to you
Of your world of salvation through love
Trusting your great plan for me

I wait patiently for you
Upon the rivers that wash my soul
Knowing you chose me for my beauty
When you decided to make me
Born out of your uniqueness

My heart belongs to you
The only peace I have on this earth
Is your loving soul
