SHUTUP
DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS DOES TO ME
SHUTUP
Can't you see my face,
SHUTUP
Do you need me to scream this at you
SHUTUP
Can't you see my hand shake
SHUTUP
Can't you see my tears
SHUTUP
I don't want to see tomorrow
SHUTUP
I don't care
SHUTUP
Just let me see
SHUTUP
And hear yourself
SHUTUP
And lower the room
SHUTUP
And stop my paranoia
SHUTUP
And stay inside
SHUTUP
And stay there
SHUT IN
IM ALREADY OUT

I liked the last four lines of this poem - very quirky, and made me re-read it, to make sure I hadn't missed anything.
I wrote something of a similar ilk, and I think its far more indicative of schizophrenia than this - lol. So i think you're safe . . . |

neptunes_first, this isn't really too bad I know. This is being alone for 20 minutes. I have worse where people just completely forgot about me for days, weeks, and months. Ones where it really isn't my writing anymore, but it's the same pen. Ones where I wakeup after havin written them and find my bedroom door completely baracaded with desks, lamps, a tv, a bookself, and pretty much anything else I could put there - excluding my bed. But thank you all for the comments and please read more, whether mine or not, this website has some truly amazing poems on it. |
