There are things running through my head
that i cant make go away,
its like the broken hearts that we've helped turn away
its like that day when we met,
and i knew from that day forth
that the reason i was suppose to live
was not for me, but for you
and when i cry and hopefully die
i will be burried next to you
but now we sit together and watch the sun go down,
yet the only thing im watching is me slipping away in your eyes,
its like when mommy use to read me bedtime tales,
and i would fall asleep to the sound of her voice,
i cant wait... until the day when i share your name,
while i walk down the isle,
i tremble to say.... i do...
and all i can do is say is it for you,
because i need no other reason to stay.
