I knew it was a one way trip,
But still I had to come.
For I as I watched you standing there
I realized we could never be as one.
I thought you were the one for me.
But you never even knew
The feelings I held deep inside
And the way I felt for you.
So left on the morning train
Before I had time to change my mind.
I thought if I could get away
Somehow peace I would find
Yet now I'm just missing you.
I wish you were here
To take away all my pain
And to dry all my tears.

A very poignant piece ...I like the length...it carries the emotions well.

There's always a way back, ya know? And you've got LOTS of friends here that care, me included. So even though this is a great write, and a very poignant piece, you don't have to carry that pain all alone!!!
