Don't Die On Me, And My Family!

Contributed by deathdrop on Sunday, 28th March 2004 @ 02:53:41 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

Slow depression,
Rises into you,
And you just take it,
Though you know it pushes you through!

you just keep on going,
like there's no tomorrow,
you keep having this battle,
between you, your bottle and your sorrow.

Life drains you down,
Then drink makes you legless, but hie,
Can’t you see you’re hurting me?
To know one day you’ll die.

You tell me not to harm my-self,
You say that I’m still young,
Well both of us are hypocrites,
And both our lives weight a tone!

I really wanna die right now,
But I hang on for you,
One day soon you’ll die on me,
Then I’ll always be alone!

please wake up.
and tell me that your just gonna stop,
all my family love you,
and i don't wanna be dropped!

not again!
i don't want to know some one like that,
that, snaps and crushes me,
until i'm addicted to hang on, looking like a prat!

to know i should have let go,
all that time ago,
but i held on for you,
and i should have let go!

and all those things you say,
like "be happy for me",
it makes me want to hit you,
you're part of the reason why i bleed!

This was some really powerful stuff you put down. Very emotional, and well written. Good job.
