Life is upside down
There's a needle in your arm
You're unprotected from harm
Depression is my death
Your's is Crystal Meth
Beautiful, empty promises fly
If you believe them you will die
You are free to have your fun
But just remember to trust no one

You can always get help for depression but the most effective way is through god he can take away all your pain and addictions and he is the one you can trust.
