Grave Decisions

Suicide
|
I lay here sleeping, hoping you will pass on by;
No need to stop here, no need to sit and cry.
I died, left this world, to escape inhumanity,
I am in eternal oblivion, free of insanity.
I did not want to live anymore, and now I am dead
And don’t lay down your flowers on my earthen bed;
They are too pretty, too pretty for me-
For I lie here decaying; I am no longer to be.
